आजकल पुरे  दुनिया में पंजाबी गाने का लोकप्रियता काफी तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ रही है। इन्ही पंजाबी सिंगर  में से एक ऐसे सिंगर है जिनका आजकल पुरे हिंदुस्तान  उनके गाने का काफी चर्चा में है। उनका नाम गुरु रंधवा है। गुरु रंधवा का जन्म 30 AUG 1991 को पंजाब के गुरदाशपुर के नूरपुर गाँव में हुआ था। गुरु को बचपन से ही गाने  बहुत शौक था। उनका सपना था की बारे होकर उनको एक प्रसिद्ध सिंगर बनाना है। और आज उनकी लगन और मेहनत की वजह से आज वो पुरे दुनिया में चर्चित है। उनका बचपना गुरदासपुर में ही गुजरा था। जब गुरु रंधवा तीसरी क्लास में थे तब उन्होंने एक सिनिंग कम्पटीटशन में भाग लिया था और वो ऐसा गाना गए सबका दिल को मोह लिया और उनको तीसरी रैंक भी मिला। गुरु रंधवा 12 तक गुरदासपुर से ही पड़े किये ,उसके बाद वो दिल्ली आ गए और वह से ग्रेजुएशन की। गुरु रंधवा को बचपन से सिंगर बनने का ठान  इसीलिए उन्होंने JOB के लिए APPLY नहीं किया। उसके बाद उन्होंने म्यूजिक इंडस्ट्री में मार्केटिंग और बिजनेस के पढाई के लिए IIBM से MBA की पढाई की। 6 साल के अंदर न केवल भारत बल्कि पुरे दुनिया में अपनी सिंगिंग की पह...

1. Be Punctual:- Be punctual every day, because it shows that you are serious about your job. Punctuality shows your discipline which helps you to grow in personal and professional life. Being late means you don't respect your work, your boss or organization and it can hinder your professional success.

2. Look Good:- You should always look clean and maintain hygiene. Great looking hair, teeth, skin and dress are indicators of survival and success. Looking handsome or beautiful influences self-esteem, confidence and motivation.

3. Get ready for a hard schedule:- Be ready to face challenges at work place. You will be now expected to work eight hours or more and your after hours too may be taken up by workplace stress.
