आजकल पुरे  दुनिया में पंजाबी गाने का लोकप्रियता काफी तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ रही है। इन्ही पंजाबी सिंगर  में से एक ऐसे सिंगर है जिनका आजकल पुरे हिंदुस्तान  उनके गाने का काफी चर्चा में है। उनका नाम गुरु रंधवा है। गुरु रंधवा का जन्म 30 AUG 1991 को पंजाब के गुरदाशपुर के नूरपुर गाँव में हुआ था। गुरु को बचपन से ही गाने  बहुत शौक था। उनका सपना था की बारे होकर उनको एक प्रसिद्ध सिंगर बनाना है। और आज उनकी लगन और मेहनत की वजह से आज वो पुरे दुनिया में चर्चित है। उनका बचपना गुरदासपुर में ही गुजरा था। जब गुरु रंधवा तीसरी क्लास में थे तब उन्होंने एक सिनिंग कम्पटीटशन में भाग लिया था और वो ऐसा गाना गए सबका दिल को मोह लिया और उनको तीसरी रैंक भी मिला। गुरु रंधवा 12 तक गुरदासपुर से ही पड़े किये ,उसके बाद वो दिल्ली आ गए और वह से ग्रेजुएशन की। गुरु रंधवा को बचपन से सिंगर बनने का ठान  इसीलिए उन्होंने JOB के लिए APPLY नहीं किया। उसके बाद उन्होंने म्यूजिक इंडस्ट्री में मार्केटिंग और बिजनेस के पढाई के लिए IIBM से MBA की पढाई की। 6 साल के अंदर न केवल भारत बल्कि पुरे दुनिया में अपनी सिंगिंग की पह...

6 Common Job Interview Questions

  1. Tell me about yourself.
 This is the first and best question for any HR interview. In answer in this question, first tell your full name and your home town, where you belong to. Give a brief of your education background, about your family and hobbies. No need to explain your strengths and weakness at this points. A common mistake most candidates do is to start the sentence like “I am basically from….” No need to start like that. Start like “Hi I am Awanish Surya from Bihar. I did my PGDM in marketing and HR from……..” Keep the answer simple, to the point and give time for further questions. 

  1. What are your key strengths?
 This is another most common question in any interview. The idea behind this question is to understand how much you know yourself.  Some examples are- Flexible, friendly, punctual, discipline, patience, honesty, dedication etc.

  1. What are your weaknesses?
The expectation here is to answer a negative trait with a positive twist. The best way to handle this question is to minimize the trait and emphasize the positive.  Some examples are- being too critical to yourself, attempting to please everyone, etc. You can also say- “I tend to try to take up too many things, leaving little time for myself” or “I tend to say Yes, when someone asks for help. I working on learning to say No at times.”

  1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
The motive behind this question is to know, how long would you be committed to the organization, what are your career aspirations or is there any immediate plans for you to move on etc. Example- “I would like to see myself donning one of the senior positions in the organization participating in business growth.”
  1. What are your hobbies?
A company looks for a candidate who are more rounded and keeps diverse interests in life. Identify your hobbies or interests other than academics, but don’t include eating, watching or sleeping. Example- reading books, singing, playing cricket, playing chess, surfing internet, solving puzzles, etc.

  1. Why should we hire you?
This question is intended to understand what quality of yours will be helpful for the company.Example- “I have a sharp learning curve, which will help company ramp me up quickly as a productive resource.”
