आजकल पुरे  दुनिया में पंजाबी गाने का लोकप्रियता काफी तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ रही है। इन्ही पंजाबी सिंगर  में से एक ऐसे सिंगर है जिनका आजकल पुरे हिंदुस्तान  उनके गाने का काफी चर्चा में है। उनका नाम गुरु रंधवा है। गुरु रंधवा का जन्म 30 AUG 1991 को पंजाब के गुरदाशपुर के नूरपुर गाँव में हुआ था। गुरु को बचपन से ही गाने  बहुत शौक था। उनका सपना था की बारे होकर उनको एक प्रसिद्ध सिंगर बनाना है। और आज उनकी लगन और मेहनत की वजह से आज वो पुरे दुनिया में चर्चित है। उनका बचपना गुरदासपुर में ही गुजरा था। जब गुरु रंधवा तीसरी क्लास में थे तब उन्होंने एक सिनिंग कम्पटीटशन में भाग लिया था और वो ऐसा गाना गए सबका दिल को मोह लिया और उनको तीसरी रैंक भी मिला। गुरु रंधवा 12 तक गुरदासपुर से ही पड़े किये ,उसके बाद वो दिल्ली आ गए और वह से ग्रेजुएशन की। गुरु रंधवा को बचपन से सिंगर बनने का ठान  इसीलिए उन्होंने JOB के लिए APPLY नहीं किया। उसके बाद उन्होंने म्यूजिक इंडस्ट्री में मार्केटिंग और बिजनेस के पढाई के लिए IIBM से MBA की पढाई की। 6 साल के अंदर न केवल भारत बल्कि पुरे दुनिया में अपनी सिंगिंग की पह...

Politics at Work Place

The word ‘politics’ is everywhere; whether it is in family, society, relation, friend circle, school, college or at work place. Politics is played by employees at work place also. Someone plays it to get promotion, someone to be boss, someone to get incentives, someone to increase salary or someone to fire someone. Some people don’t work honestly, they do cheating but they show that they are doing their work honestly. They show that they are most honest and hardworking employees in front of boss and other employees. They behave and act like best friend but they are actually enemies. They are those enemies who seat, eat and work with you and play politics internally. They suggest you to do work honestly, but they don’t do so. So, I suggest you not to believe on whatever you see. You must open your eyes and ears always. You need to observe to another employees and things happening around. You must observe, think and then act.
